ABOUT CAROLINE

STORY

Caroline is a creative and collaborative designer with a passion for storytelling.

After receiving her Bachelors degree in Advertising at the world renowned Fashion Institute of Technology, Caroline spent her post-college years as a curator and head authenticator in the resale fashion industry.

During this time, she explored editorial styling and working within an agency, freelancing for publications such as Vogue Italia and Nylon Korea, and with agencies such as Chandlier Creative. Her background in the fashion industry is to thank for her particular attention to fabrics and textiles, her keen eye for artistic composition, and effortless ability to work with clients and large personalities.

As a Set Decorator and member of IATSE Local 52, Caroline now combines her talents in art direction, research, vendor relationships, interior design, budgeting, production, graphic design and 3D design.

When desiging for a client, Caroline provides full 3D walk-throughs of any spaces they are looking to create by building in Sketchup, contracts and oversees all building and fabrication, and provides decoration and furnishings in-line with the aesthetic and budget.

Whether creating a space for a character or a family, Caroline translates dreams and concepts into tangible property and spaces that set the tone.

Caroline is a local member of IATSE 52 and works primarily as a set decorator. Her experience in production design spans music videos, short films, commercials and experiential marketing campaigns.

“Caroline is literally the most responsible decorator I’ve ever worked with.”
